We believe operating a community-based model has many benefits for ourselves as well as our clients. Many of the spaces we use are majority-women or women-led, providing safe spaces to work in and collaborate on solutions to our own challenges. This also helps us connect with a wide variety of people who we interact with in our work and can make introductions to where relevant.
We are proud to be founding members of Manzana creative entrepreneurship hub and Gossamer Studio - two women-led shared work spaces in Tāmaki Makaurau. Manzana is focussed on supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs especially in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math), while Gossamer Studio specialises in the fashion and textiles industries. We see our support of spaces like these as critical to furthering the development of women-led businesses and equitable and sustainable outcomes.
We have also partnered with For the Love of Bees charitable trust to to provide impact marketing support and help them (literally) grow their impact! Our impact partnerships provide light-touch but ongoing support in a pro-bono arrangement to facilitate long-term relationships and manageable engagement. We see these partnerships as an integral part of creating a regenerative economic system that benefits people and planet.
