Our story

Impact Digital started from a need we saw for a design-led approach to marketing. In Aotearoa, we have many great forward-thinking ideas but so often their impact is limited due to disconnected communications. We wanted to do something about this.

Specifically, Nikki wanted to help businesses that were doing good for people and planet and were perhaps not as well resourced as their corporate counterparts. With a background in search optimisation, user experience design and analytics, she had learnt to make great impact with seamless marketing solutions. So impact digital was born.

We believe new ways of working are needed to overcome our local and global challenges. That's why we operate a community-based studio model and design our services to be accessible for impact businesses.

I'm Nikki, a marketing consultant, digital designer, all round problem solver and the founder of Impact Digital. I love working with people passionate about solving real world problems to help you make the most of smart digital solutions and support you with bringing purpose-led ideas to life.

With expertise in search engine optimisation, UX design, Google Analytics, and community engagement, I design platforms that flow and lead marketing activities that bridge the digital - real life divide.

I'm passionate about the arts, urban design, and well-designed (regenerative) businesses, and over the next ten years I'm excited to see these areas flourish in Aotearoa.
